Louisa Garrett is a self-made "kindness expert." Her journey began after one of her Heartbeats (a term she affectionately calls her Nieces and Nephews) called her out on the tone she consistently used 12 years ago. That one comment got Louisa to thinking - there must be a kinder way. And now it's her life's mission to spread as much love, joy and kindness for as long as she's on the planet. Louisa is the Founder and Chief Kind Officer at #MakeKindLoud/Pass the Love. She founded her movement out of frustration from all the negativity, chaos and confusion happening in our country and in the world. Louisa examined her own story to discover things she didn't like and made a conscious decision to change the way she was showing up in the world. Louisa is an author, speaker, kindness coach, consultant and publicist who spends the majority of her time spearheading kindness initiatives, organizing Love Ambassadors and showing companies how creating a culture of kindness can have a positive impact on their bottom line.
"Go Be the Change You Wish to See in the World" -- That is what Louisa is doing.
Now, she speaks to corporations, groups, organizations, schools and churches and challenges them to find ways to #MakeKindLoud.

Dustin Staiger is the principal partner at The People Brand and a published author of a book on blame. The book explores why we're addicted to it, how it makes our workplaces toxic, and how we move beyond blame (Blame This Book). He started his career as a graphic designer and illustrator and became an award-winning marketer who has made creativity his hallmark. The highlight of my career was helping a struggling retailer transform their failing business into one that thrived while branching into new locations, reigniting the owner’s passion and vision that had nearly been snuffed out.
